This happened a few months ago, its happened yesterday, and it happened when trying to apply over the phone with NS&I today. I rang my bank who see no issues, just that it was declined and that there was possibly an issue with ... WebWell they obviously do not read the reviews. Whoever designed their software needs a sacking. If this was a private bank they would have been out of business long before now. I have now managed to close all my accounts and move all my money to another bank. My advise is: Have nothing to do with this useless company funded by the tax payer!
